Description and Growing Information
| General Description | A rare mutated form of Sabal Palmetto with a different leaf structure than the normal Sabal Palmetto. The leaves are thicker and much more sturdy than regular Palmetto leaves. |

| Pests | Palmetto weevil (Rhynchophorus cruentatus), which burrows into leaf bases and lays its eggs. The larvae then excavate much of the crown stem, killing the meristem in the process. |
