A sorely underrated and underused lilac, 'Miss Kim' maintains a dense, polite habit. Place where the fragrance may be appreciated while in bloom. Panicles are a little smaller than the French hybrids. The shiny obovate leaves give a refined look throughout the rest of the season.

Deep blue-purple buds open to a lavender-light pink fragrant blooms.

Foliage is green and burgundy-red in autumn. Flowers are blue-purple.
