This species occupies a total area of 1,160 square km, has been placed on the IUCN Red List as globally threatened.
Habitat
Valleys in mixed forests at an altitude of 1,500-1,800 m.

Dark green, ovate and 3 ovate lobes, 14-18 x 12-15 cm.

Fruiting pedicel 7-15 mm, produced in September. Convex nutlets with spreading wings, 6-1.2 cm.
