General Description
This species has been placed on the IUCN Red List as endangered. It was previously listed as critically endangered however work by Colombian botanists have increased the status to endangered.
Habitat
Western slopes of the western mountain range in Valle de Cauca at an altitiude of 1,300-2,000 m.

Produced in January.
