Capsule-like, fuzzy, multi-lobed buds. Each lobe contains a small prickle.
Leaf Description
Evergreen leaves with a smooth glossy texture. Underside is fuzzy and dull.

Showy terminal blooms with 8 - 10 petals and a pleasant lemony fragrance.
Colour Description
Very dark green leaves that brown as they age with lighter green venation. The underside of the leaves is a contrasting rusty reddish-brown. Creamy white flowers. Dark green stems.
Texture Description
Glossy.
