Origin | A naturally occurring hybrid confirmed through genetic testing by Walker in 2002. It is a hybrid between Adenanthos sources and Adenanthos cuneatus. Native to the Albany area of Western Australia specifically in the Torndirrup National Park and Shire Reserve and also occurs in Two Peoples Bay Nature Reserve and Gull Rock east of Albany. Indigenous populations were noted to be 130 mature individuals in 1991 and 2004 surveys. |
