Leaf Description | Single, oblong to lance-shapped leaves, 80 - 180 mm long and 3 - 30 mm wide. The leaf lies flat on the ground and is densely hair on both sides. The stalk is 200 - 450 mm tall. |
Flower Description | Up to 4 flowers 20 - 40 mm long and 20 - 30 mm wide are borne on a stalk. Back surface of the sepals and petals are covered with glandular hairs. The sepal is erect, oblong to lance-shaped, 12 - 16 mm long and 4 - 6 mm wide and spreads widely. The labellum is 5 - 8 mm long, 6 - 9 mm wide and has 3 distinct lobes. The petals are spread widely and sometimes have a few irregular teeth on the sides.
