Bark/Stem DescriptionShort, lateral and leafy branchlets that hold the flowers. The stems are tall, thicket-forming and are erect to arching.
Leaf DescriptionAlternate, deciduous, pinnately compound leaves that are 7 - 22 cm long. 3 leaflets that are egg-shaped, 3 - 15 cm long and shallowly lobed and doubled-saw-toothed with a sharply pointed tip.
Flower DescriptionInflorescence of mostly 1 - 2 stalked, nodding flowers on branchlets. The flowers are bowl-shaped with 5 petals that are spreading, elliptic to egg-shaped and are 10 - 25 cm long.
Fruit DescriptionDrupelets that appear in clusters and are berry-like and 1.5 - 2 cm long.
