| Echinocereus reichenbachii is a low-growing shrubby cactus whose narrow ribs are covered with elliptic to linear areoles bearing white spines. |
| Cultivation |
| Grow in full sun and low humidity, in standard cactus compost with a pH of 6 - 7.5, containing medium to high inorganic content (more than half grit). Do not water during the winter months, from mid-autumn to early spring. Lightly mist on warm days in late winter. |
