General Description
This fast growing climber produces bunches of trumpet-shaped flowers in a variety of colours (creamy white, pink, red and pale yellow), which give off a distinctive sweet aroma. Bright red berries appear after flowers have bloomed, early autumn well in the winter, giving colourful interest throughout the seasons.
Landscape
Plant as an insect pollinator, attractive to moths and butterflies. It may also act as food for the larval stages of caterpillars (White Admiral Butterfly, Brindled Beauty Moth and the Early Grey Moth).
