General Description
Low mat like plant with stunningly veined flowers.
Cultivation
Sandy and stony soils with neutral to acidic pH. However, is tolerant to a number of soil conditions from wet grasslands to extremely dry and stony soils.
Habitat
Mountain ridges at an altitude of up to 1,100 m, sandy coasts and grasslands.
Flower Description
3 cm wide, pink, white or lavender in colour, petals are heavily veined and with a dark green or pink centre.
Propagation
Propagate by dividing rhizomes.
