General Description
A low, spreading tree, green in colour. Weak and drooping joints and inconspicuous spines.
Cultivation
Sandy or gravely soils.
Habitat
Desert plains, hills and washes at an altitude of 300-750 m.
Leaf Description
Inconspicuous and sparse spines, pink or reddish-brown in colour, 2-6 per areole, spread in all directions, 0.6-1.2 cm in length.
