Habitat
In low rainfall areas along the Yellow River at an altitude of 1,000-2,000 m.

Thin, pale green in colour with 8-9 lateral veins, truncate base and 3 deep oblong-lanceolate lobes, 3-6 x 2.5-7 cm.

Greenish-brown or brownish-yellow colour fruit, convex winged nutlets, 2-2.5 x 8-10 mm, produced in September.
