General Description
A semi-succulent plant from Zanzibar in Tropical East Africa which can form a clump up to 1.5 m wide
Landscape
Grows well in a rock garden, or as a foliage plant or groundcover. A great container plant for interior or exterior use that needs little care.
Cultivation
Grows best in sandy, well-drained soil that is allowed to dry out slightly between waterings in full light to deep shade.
Shape
Upright.
Habitat
Naturally occurs in rocky areas or dry savannahs.

Creeping underground stems.
Leaf Description
Rippled, undulating, dark green leaves, up to 1.8 long, up to 9 cm wide, with a brown undulating edge and much mottled on both sides.

A greenish-white, scented, conical inflorescence.
