Origin:  Originally found growing as a seedling in Hyde Park, Vermont in the early 1990s by Greg Williams of Wolcott, Vermont, United States of America. It was introduced to the nursery trade by Kate Brook Nursery in 1993.

General Description
Considered to be one of the best gold coloured conifers it is quite striking in the winter garden.
Landscape
Accent or specimen plant.
Cultivation
The plant tends to become loose and open thus pruning is advised. To maintain a compact, tight form, candle the plant each spring by removing 2/3's of the current seasons growth tip (candle).
