Description and Growing Information

Full sun. Well-drained soils with an acidic, alkaline or neutral pH level. Prefers loam, chalk and sand. Deer and black walnut tolerant.

Leaf Description
Narrow, strap/lance-shaped leaves that grow from an upright stem.
Flower Description
1 - 4 nodding, downward facing, bell-shaped to bowl-shaped flowers. Bulbs that are 10 - 11 cm deep and are spaced 15 cm apart in autumn.
Colour Description
The leaves are greyish-green in colour. The flowers are brownish-purple with a bright yellow border along the outer petals.
