Habitat
Most often occurring in dry stony calcareous soils near bodies of water.
Leaf Description
The leaves grow to 40 cm in length; they are finely dissected, with the ultimate segments threadlike filiform, at about 0.5 mm wide. Leaves are very similar to dill leaves.
Flower Description
The flowers produce in terminal compound umbels measuring at 5–15 cm wide, each umbel section holding from 20 to 50 tiny yellow flowers on short pedicels.
Fruit Description
The fruit is a dry seed ranging from 4 to 10 mm long, 2 to 5 mm wide, and a grooved shape.
