Variegated Greater Periwinkle
A more tender species and not as invasive as V. minor. It requires a more sheltered disposition in the garden.
USDA Hardiness Zone
It is less aggressive than V. minor since it roots only at the tips and not along the stems. Easily grown in average, dry to medium, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade. Plants prefer moist, humus-rich soils in part shade, but will tolerate close to full shade.
Yellow leaves bordered by dark green margins.
Dark blue and up to 5 cm across.
