A straight and slender single main stem reaching 4.5 - 6 metres in height.
Leaf Description
A very dark green colour with a purple underside to the leaf. Pronounced yellow-orange midrib occupying almost a third of the leaf area. Distinctive teeth are distributed along the margins of the tough and coriaceous leaves.
Flower Description
Inflorescence is a terminal umbel, that is irregularly compound.
Colour Description
The bark is brown in colour. The buds are reddish-pink colour. Shiny dark green leaflets. The flowers are whitish-pink in colour. The fruit is dark purplish-black.

Leather-like leaflets.
