General Description
Rosa 'Moonlight' is a Hybrid Musk rose (HM) whose semi-double flowers have yellow to white petals.

ID Characteristic
Hybrid Musk roses have long arching stems and glossy leaves. This particular cultivar has large red prickles along the stems (commonly called "thorns" but roses do not have true thorns, they are outgrowths of the outer layer of stem tissue).

Horticultural origin.
Leaf Description
Acuminate (tapering to a longer point), margins serrate, leathery textured, odd pinnate (leaflets arranged in rows with one at the tip).
Flower Description
Semi-double, cup-shaped, petals are lemon yellow to white, arranged in large clusters, some fragrance.
