Leaf Description
Opposite or alternate, narrow, rigid, flat but sometimes centrally folded. 5 - 9 cm long and 1 cm wide with fine reticulate veining.
Flower Description
Clusters in the axil of the leaves, 1.5 cm wide. Pod is ovoid with up to 8 small seeds that are 2 - 3 mm long and 1 - 2 mm wide with a small aril attached at one end.
Colour Description
The flowers are yellow, red and brown in colour.
